What is "Kaneh"?

1.

Metzudas Tziyon: It is Kinamon (cinnamon), one of the ingredients of Ketores (like Levonah).

2)

Why does He ask why they offer Levonah and Kaneh?

1.

Malbim: Since you despise Torah and Mitzvos, why do you bring them to offer them like they do to idolatry in Sheva and from afar? I did not request new Mitzvos from you! For this was the parable of one who strayed from the path and seeks a new path. It was due to the Apikorsim, who invented new Mitzvos like the Nochrim's rites.

3)

Why did they bring Levonah and Kaneh from afar?

1.

Radak #1: They were not found in Eretz Yisrael. The other ingredients of the Ketores were found in the land.

2.

Radak #2: The verse mentions these two, and the same applies to the others. Ketores is to be Machshir the Korban. If the Korban is not acceptable to Me, why toil to bring the Ketores to be Machshir it?!

4)

What is the meaning of "Lo Arvu"?

1.

Rashi: It is not pleasant.
