What is the meaning of "Al Kapayim [Chakosich]"?

Rashi #2: From above Ananei Kavod. This is like "Al Kapayim Kisah Ohr" (Iyov 36:32) [Radak citing Rav Sadya Gaon - and "Nisa Levavenu El Kapayim" (Eichah 3:41)].
Malbim: I carved your name onto My palms, to remember your name whenever I use My palms. (The Nimshal is, all My acts are means to bring to this great purpose - the promised salvation.)
Radak: This is the simple meaning; it is correct.

Radak: The destroyed walls.
