What is "Mezuzas ha'Bayis"?
Radak: The Mezuzah of the Heichal. It mentioned one of them, and the same applies to the other.

Malbim: The Mezuzah of the Ulam and Heichal.
What is "ha'Azarah la'Mizbe'ach"?
Radak: It is the Azarah next to the Mizbe'ach, like it said above (43:20).
Malbim: It is the Sovev of the Mizbe'ach, like it says above (43:20).
What is "Chatzer ha'Penimis"?
Radak #1: It is Ezras Yisrael, which is more interior (closer to the Heichal) than Ezras Nashim, which is called Chitzonah. Malbim ? he puts on the Mezuzos of its three gates.
Radak #2: It is Ezras Kohanim, which is more interior [than Ezras Yisrael].
QUESTIONS ON RASHI
Rashi writes that this is Par ha'Milu'im above (43:19-21). There it did not mention putting the blood on Mezuzas ha'Bayis and Pinos ha'Azarah!
