Rashi: He called them for His portion - "Bni Bechori Yisrael" (Shemos 4:22).
Radak: He called them to leave the Reshus of the nations, and they will not have power to stop you.
What is the Chidush "v'Lo Me'asticha"?
Rashi: This is unlike Esav - "v'Es Esav Saneisi" (Mal'achi 1:3).
Radak: Even though I lengthened the Galus [I did not despise you].
Malbim: I chose you forever; I will never despise you.
