1)

In which regard is the Torah comparing the goat of the Chatas Yachid to the Zevach Shelamim?

1.

Rashi 1 : Refer to 4:26:1:1*.

1

The same answer applies to the Chatas Yachid of a lamb in Pasuk 35, only there it comes to add the Alyah Temimah (Rashi and Rashbam in Pasuk 35).

2)

The Torah, in this Pasuk and in Pasuk 35, discusses all the Cheilev. How about the Kelayos and the Yoseres ha'Kaveid?

1.

Ramban (in 3:9): "All the Cheilev" incorporates all the parts that are separated together with it.

3)

Why does the Torah insert "Re'ach Nicho'ach" by the goat, but not in Pasuk 35 by the lamb?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: Because whereas by the goat, which does not have a fat-tail, the sinner allows everyone to see that the Korban is a female and therefore must be a Chatas, thereby causing himself to be shamed, if he brings a lamb, which has a fat-tail, he covers over the fact that he sinned, 1 since people cannot tell whether it is a Chatas or an Olah (which is a male). Consequently, he avoids the shame ? which is an intrinsic part of the Kaparah, thereby detracting from Hashem's acceptance of the Korban.

1

Refer to 4:23:151:2.

4)

Why is Re'ach Nicho'ach written about a commoner's Chatas, but no other Chatas?

1.

Hadar Zekenim (in Pasuk 3): Hashem is more exacting about great people when they sin than about small people. 1
