Where exactly does the Kohen sprinkle the blood of the Chatas?
Rashi (in Sotah, 32b): Above the red thread (on the four corners of the Mizbe'ach).
Zevachim, 37b: From the fact that the Torah writes three times the word "al Karnos ha'Mizbe'ach" - one, in Pasuk 25, in connection with the Sa'ir Nasi) and two here ? one here and one in Pasuk 34 - twice without a 'Vav' and once with a 'Vav', 1 we learn that, Lechatchilah, the Kohen should place the blood on three corners, 2 and Bedi'eved, at least on one.
Why, in Pasuk 25, did the Torah write "ve'es Damo Yishpoch ... ", and here, "ve'es Kol Damo Yishpoch"?
Zevachim, 34b: To teach us that, in a case where the Kohen received the blood in four Keilim, if he made one Nesinah from each K'li, he pours the remaining blood on to the Y'sod, whereas if he made all four Nesinos from one K'li, he must pour the blood in the remaining three Keilim into the Amah (the stream that flowed through the Azarah).
