Why does it say "Hinei Na Yadati"?

Radak: It does not mean that only now I know [that he is Kadosh]. Rather, now we should do some honor for him, since I know that he is Kadosh; we should designate a place for him in our house. This is like "Hinei Na ha'Ir ha'Zos Kerovah" (Bereishis 19:20). It does not mean that only now it is close! Rather, now I need to escape there, for it is close.

How did she know that he was Kadosh?

Rashi citing Brachos 10b: She never saw a fly above his table, and [some say because she] never saw semen on his sheet.

Radak: It was known in Yisrael that he is Kadosh.

Malbim: Now he comes to us by himself, unlike the first time, that I needed to insist. He comes to us to give to us the merit of feeding him (refer to 4:9:4:1).

Melei ha'Ro'im (10b): Since he is not Kadosh, the Heter for a woman to be secluded with two proper men does not apply. Therefore we should build a room for Elisha (to avoid seclusion when you leave for your needs. Some forbid seclusion even when 'Ba'alah ba'Ir', and all the more so if one of them is Parutz (lewd) or informal with her (Elisha went there regularly). Rav Elyashiv (10b): This is not merely 'not Kadosh'. This is lewd! Also, he grabbed her years after she said this! Indeed, now he only lacked Kedushah; he descended, and later did that vulgar act. (Refer to 4:27:2:1*.)

What do we learn from "Over Aleinu Tamid"?

Brachos 10b: If one hosts and benefits a Chacham from his property, it is considered as if he offered the Korbanos Tamid. Malbim (8) - i.e. a Chacham's eating resembles a Korban, and his table is like a Mizbe'ach. Chagigah 27a learns this from "ha'Mizbe'ach
