What is the significance of lightning saying "Hinenu"?
1.
Rashi: Where you sent us, we did your mission. They need not return to their initial place to report to the One who sent them, for the Shechinah is everywhere!
2.
Malbim: If the lightning would not go where you command it, would it at least tell you "Hinenu"? It would not answer you at all!
