Radak: When the Rasha slanders the Tzadik to the governor [so he will kill him], Hashem will not abandon him, to let the Rasha's intent be fulfilled.

Malbim: He will not allow the Rasha to kill his body.

Why does it say "Lo Yarshi'enu b'Hishafto"?

Radak: The governor will not convict the Tzadik when he judges him (due to the Rasha's accusation).

2.

Malbim: Hashem will not condemn the Tzadik when He judges him; He will reveal his virtue to all's eyes 1 .

Malbim explained (verse 32) that the Rasha seeks make the Tzadik sin. Here Malbim connotes that he wanted to make people think that he is a sinner! (PF)
