Why does the Torah not tell us where Ba?al Chanan ben Achbor ruled - as it does by all the other kings?

Ba?al ha?Turim: Because, due to the fact that he was highly unpopular and had many enemies, he went into hiding from one place to another, and never ruled in one place.
