What do we learn from "Malefenu mi'Bahamos Aretz"?

Rashi: Hashem teaches to us Chochmah more than animals... I.e. we are more esteemed than animals and birds. Ibn Ezra - Malefenu is missing an Aleph. It is like "A'alefcha Chochmah" (33:33).

Malbim: Hashem gave to man more Chochmah than to animals and birds. How can it be that man asks "Aye Eloka Osai", that He does not oversee me to guard me from brutal oppressors?! Surely Hashem oversees man even more! Hashem teaches to man from animals and birds - he has intellect to learn from them how to guard himself! Men should gather together to save themselves from plunderers and murderers!
