Why does the Torah use the term "Chochmas Leiv" in connection with the women specifically here?

R. Bachye: To teach us that the Chochmah of women is confined to spinning wool. 1 2

Rambam (Hilchos Ishus, 21:1: It teaches us that spinning is an expertise that pertains specifically to women. 3

R. Bachye: And looking after the house with Zerizus in honor of her husband ? which is why the Gemara in SOtah 20a forbids a man to teach his daughter Torah. See R. Bachye who elaborates.
