Rashi: They are the weak ones, without strength. One must hold them via the hand, to strengthen them.

Radak: The root is Chalah; it is Nif'al conjugation. They are pains in one of the limbs.

Malbim: It is not so healthy. It has a soft nature, and needs strengthening.

Why does it add "ha'Cholah"?

Radak, Malbim: It is truly ill; it needs a cure.

What is "Chavashtem"?

Rashi: It is tying together the broken parts of the bone.

What is "ha'Nidachas"?

1.

Rashi: It is one that was cast off from the flock.

Radak: It was separated from the others. A man knew its place, and they were not concerned to return it with its colleagues.

What is "ha'Ovedes"?

1.

Radak: It was separated and lost, and no one knows its place. All this is a Mashal for the poor of Yisrael, healthy and sick. [The kings] did not oversee them, and they were not concerned for the captives and exiles to redeem and return them.

What is the meaning of "Redisem"?

1.

Rashi: You afflicted.

2.

Malbim: You ruled over them with force to eat their meat; you did not supervise and conduct them with compassion. You do not graze them to help them, rather, to harm them!
