Where is Eilam?
Radak: The multitudes of Eilam will be around Kevurasah, i.e. the congregation of officers and Giborim.
Malbim: Eilam is Paras and Madai. They will come "Sevivos Kevurasah" ? around the graves of Egypt, to take vengeance 1 .
Malbim (17): Both Egypt and Eilam have the creed of Yishmael, and circumcise.
What do we learn from "Asher Yardu Arelim"?
Radak: They died amidst their evil.
Malbim: Eilam will kill many Arelim [of Edom], amidst Hashgachah, to punish them for "Nasenu Chitis b'Eretz Chayim" (23), destroying Bayis Sheni and harming Yisrael. Due to this, others from Bnei Edom will come to kill Eilam, to take vengeance for their brothers.
What shame will they bear?
Radak: They will be ashamed of the grandeur that they had, and now they fall to the sword of their enemies.
