Having written "ve'Chol Beged" in Pasuk 10, why does the Torah repeat "ve'Chibastem Bigdeichem" here?

Bava Kama, 25b: To teach us that whatever is subject to Tum'as Meis - even a mat (which does not fall under the category of "Beged, "K'li Or" or "Ma'aseh Izim" (all mentioned in Pasuk 10), is Tamei for seven days. 1
