What is the significance of "Rabos Banos Asu Chayil [v'At Alis Al Kulanah]"?

1.

Sanhedrin 20a: "Rabos Banos Asu Chayil" refers to Yosef and Bo'az. "V'At Alis Al Kulanah" refers to Palti ben Layish (his temptation for Michal was much greater than the tests of Yosef and Bo'az 1 ).

2.

Rashi: So her husband and children commend her.

3.

Vilna Gaon: One who merits the 48 (the Gematriya of Chayil 2 ) attributes via which Torah is acquired (Avos 6:6) is called Eshes Chayil. Rabos Banos (many do so as a group, that among them are all 48 3 ), but only a minority, each acquires all 48 by himself.

4.

Aderes Eliyahu (Bamidbar 23:7): There are 50 gates of Binah; 48 (the Gematriya of Chayil) were revealed to Nevi'im. Moshe received 49, more than all other Nevi'im - "v'Lo Kam Navi Od b'Yisrael k'Moshe" (Devarim 34:10). There was a king like him - Shlomo; he said 49 4 "Hevel"s.

5.

Refer to 31:30:1:6.

1

Yosef and Bo'az were tested once; Palti held himself back from Michal for their entire 'marriage.' (PF)

2

Magihah: (If "Chayil" comes for the Gematriya, why does it not write Mem Ches?) It begins with Ches Yud, to teach that there are 18 extra attributes [above the 30 needed for kingship].

3

Likutei Ramam: "At" (the entire Torah, from Aleph to Tav) is acquired only via Chachamim, who have all 48.

4

I found 38 in Koheles (42, if we count the four plurals as two each) and three in Mishlei. Was there a tradition for another four in "va'Ydaber Sheloshes Alafim Mashal va'Yhi Shiro Chamishah va'Elef" (Melachim I, 5:12)? (PF)
