Malbim: I conducted my mother, a widow, from the womb, i.e. from my youth. Hashem raised me, and also oversaw her. How could I forget His Tovos, and not do so for orphans and widows?!

How he could do anything for a widow from birth?! He must explain like Malbim - "from the womb" means from my youth. (PF)
