What is the meaning of "Im Navalta b'Hisnasei"?
Rashi (33, citing Brachos 63b): If you are is Menavel (disgrace) yourself for the sake of Torah (you ask your Rebbi all your doubts, even though you seem to him to be a fool (people mock you for this), you will ultimately be praised.
Rashi: If your colleague reviled and disgraced you, in the end you will be elevated through this.
Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): Agur tells Isi'el and Uchal, if you see that you will be base and veer from the good path, this comes from elevation. You elevated yourself to investigate matters above your ability, like in your questions about Ma'ase Bereishis and existence of the world.
Malbim (Derech ha'Pashut): This refers to Alkum, the slave who became king. He was Naval (base) and satiated with food (22). He did not become Naval via being aggrandized - he was Naval beforehand!
Why does it say "v'Im Zamosa Yad l'Feh"?
Rashi (33, citing Brachos 63b): If you muzzled yourself (did not ask your doubts to your Rebbi), you will have to cover your mouth with your hand (be silent) when you are asked questions of Halachah, for you cannot answer at all.
Rashi: If you thought in your heart to quarrel - put your hand over your mouth and be quiet.
Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): If you went deep in your thoughts about these matters, put your hand over your mouth and do not verbalize your thoughts.
Malbim (Derech ha'Pashut): You (Alkum) plotted to rebel against your master. You put your hand over your mouth, and plotted evil covertly. However - refer to 30:33:3:4.
