What is the meaning of "Dilisani"?

2.

Why does it say "v'Lo Simachta Oyvai Li"?

1.

Rashi: This is like Alai. They said that David has no share in the world to come. When they saw that the doors (gates) opened for the Aron in the merit of David (refer to 24:7:1:1), they know that Hashem pardoned him for that sin, and the faces of David's enemies turned black like the bottom of a pot (Shabbos 30a).

2.

Radak: Had You not raised me and forgiven me, You would have made them rejoice about me. Now, You did not make them happy - You saddened them.

3.

Malbim: Initially, when I fell ill, my enemies rejoiced and thought that I will not live after I fell. You raised me from illness, and did not make them rejoice over me.
