Why does it mention "Kedosh Yisrael"?
Radak: Those who trust in Him and sanctify His name, He will help them. You, who trust in them 1 , will fall "k'Peretz Nofel" (13).
Malbim: This is the name that you despised.
Presumably, 'them' refers to their [wealth from] Oshek and theft, mentioned above. Radak did not mention the Egyptians, only their king, which is singular. (PF)
What is "ba'Davar ha'Zeh"?
Rashi: True Nevu'ah.
Radak: The matter of Nevi'ei Hashem, who rebuke you to go on the good path.
What is "[Oshek] v'Naloz"?
Rashi: Derogatory and frivolous.
Radak: It is tilted judgment.
Malbim: Oshek is Bein Adam l'Chavero. Naloz is Bein Adam la'Makom.
How do they trust in "Oshek v'Naloz"?
Radak: They trust in their wealth, which is from Oshek and theft. They send it for a bribe to Melech Mitzrayim, and rely on him to help them against Melech Ashur - "Yis'u Al Kesef Ayarim Cheileihem" (6).
Why does it add "va'Tisha'anu Alav"?
Malbim: Not only did you rely on Oshek v'Naloz in the heart, rather, also for a strong support in practice.
