Which yoke will Hashem break?

1.

Rashi: It is the yoke of nations on Yisrael.

2.

Radak #1: It is the yoke of Gog and Magog.

3.

Radak #2: It is the yoke of every nation that put a yoke on Yisrael in exile. Yonason translates like this.

4.

Malbim: It is the yoke of Bavel, i.e. heavy tax and servitude.

2)

After breaking the yoke, what is the significance of uprooting "Moserosecha"?

1.

Malbim: Sometimes a yoke is broken, and they are still in the straps of servitude, for they are [still] under the kingdom, like they were under Koresh, without a heavy yoke. Hashem will break also this, and they will not serve strangers again.

3)

Why does it say "Tzavarecha u'Moserosecha" (second person), and "Vo" (third person)?

1.

Radak: Verses sometimes switch between second and third person.
