What is the difference between "Ochlayich" and "Tzarayich"?

Radak: The matter is repeated [in different words] to strengthen it.

Malbim: Ochlayich are those who killed Yisraelim. Midah k'Neged Midah, they will be killed. Tzarayich exiled you; they will be exiled.

What is the meaning of "Shosayich li'Mshisah"?

Rashi, Targum Yonasan: It is an expression of plundering (your plunderers will be plundered). Radak - the Aleph in "Shosayich" is in place of a Vov. And similarly "Betzo'sav u'Gva'av" (Yechezkel 47:11), the Aleph [in Betzo'sav] is in place of a Vov; the root is Batztaz.

Malbim: Shosayich are those who intentionally destroyed your property. Midah k'Neged Midah, their property will be destroyed. Bozezayich plundered you; they will be plundered.
