Why does it say "va'Yishkav bi'Mkomo"?

Malbim: This refers to where he put his intellect, like I explained above (refer to 3:3:2:2), in order to proper for prophecy. This is why it does not say va'Yelech va'Yishkav like it said above (verse 5).
