What do we learn from "Ani Hashem Lo Shanisi"?

1.

Rashi citing Sotah 9a: I did not strike a nation twice.

2.

Rashi: Even though I delay My anger, I did not change My original mindset to [now] love evil and hate good.

3.

Radak: What I said [that the judgment will be in the future] is not because I changed. I and My words did not change. All future prophesies via My Nevi'im will be fulfilled. I will not change from matter to matter or from object to object.

4.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: I, Hashem, did not change My existence...

5.

Malbim: I never changed My word and promise.

What do we learn from "v'Atem Bnei Yakov Lo Chelisem"?

1.

Sotah 9a: I did not finish off Bnei Yakov. Rashi - My arrows will finish, and they will not be finished. Malbim - I promised the Avos not to eradicate you. Since I did not change My word and promise, I did not eradicate you. Therefore, I must immediately take payment for your sins, before the measure is filled and you must be eradicated. I did not promise not to eradicate the nations; I wait until their measure is full, and totally eradicate them.

2.

Rashi: Even though you die in your evil, I did not collect from the Resha'im in their lifetimes. You are not finished in front of Me, and I left the Nefashos to collect My verdict from them in Gehinom. Targum Yonasan is like this. You think that My judgment is Batel, that I cannot pay up from them.

3.

Radak: This is unlike other nations, that no remnant was left from them. They ceased to be a nation. You will always be special among the nations - "Goy Echad ba'Aretz" (Shmuel II, 7:23). Even though I exiled you and cast you to every corner, you kept your name. The evil that I did to you was due to your sins. Just like I will not change, you will not be eradicated. In the end of days you will return to your level, and be above all nations.
