Why does it say both "Tir'i Osi" and "Tikchi Musar"?
Malbim: I wanted that they will fear My grandeur, via seeing My Gevurah - and if not, at least to take Musar and fear punishment, lest I destroy also your land.
What is the meaning of "Lo Yikares Me'unah"?
Rashi: Its dwellings will not be destroyed. Radak - the Mapik (Dagesh, i.e. dot in the) Hei at the end of Me'unah refers to the city's (Yerushalayim, which was mentioned) abode. It is a Klal for the big residences and houses.
Malbim: This corresponds to "Tir'i Osi" (fear My grandeur) - if so, the Me'on and Mikdash, where I dwelled among you, will not be destroyed.
What does the verse teach about "Kol Asher Pakadti Aleha"?
Rashi: All the good that I said to bring on it [will not be cut off from it].
Radak, Malbim: All the evil that I decreed to bring on it, it will not come on it, if it will take Musar from the Goyim.
What do we learn from "Hishkimu Hishchisu"?
Radak: They did not [take Musar from the Goyim]. Rather, they were zealous to rise early to corrupt all their deeds.
Malbim: They ruined their deeds before I did this, and they cannot fix them.
Why does it say "Kol Alilosam"?
Radak: They did not omit one evil deed.
