What is the meaning of "Nugei mi'Mo'ed"?
Rashi: I gathered (removed) those who were excluded from My Mo'adim - they did not guard Shabbos and Yom Tov. Nugei is an expression of taking out, like "Hago Sigim" (Mishlei 25:4), "Ka'asher Hogah Min ha'Mesilah" (Shmuel II, 20:13). The only letter of the root in Nugei is Gimel.
Radak: Nugei is from Yagon (agony). It is Nif'al conjugation, like "Besuloseha Nogos" (Eichah 1:4). This refers to Tziyon and Yerushalayim - children who were agonized from the time of the Ge'ulah, which was lengthened (delayed) so much.
Malbim: They are those who are full of Yagon (agony) because their feet slipped from Emunah - they did not stand in the test in generations of Shmad (decrees against Mitzvos), and they left the creed of Yisrael. Their heart is full of sorrow over this.
What is the meaning of "Asafti"?
Rashi: I eradicated.
Radak: I gathered them to you.
Malbim: I will gather them to the nation - "v'Gam Mehem Ekach la'Kohanim la'Leviyim" (Yeshayah 66:21).
Why does it say "Mimech Hayu"?
Rashi: They were from your nation.
Radak: They were from you, and went out to Galus. Now I gathered them (i.e. their children) to you. Alternatively, I will gather them; this hints to Techiyas ha'Mesim.
Malbim: They were from Yisrael, and they were coerced [to abandon] their Emunah.
What disgrace was there?
Rashi: You had disgrace from that guilt [of those who did not guard the Mo'adim].
Radak: They already bore great disgrace for many days over [Yerushalayim].
Malbim: Even after they assimilated among the Nochrim, [Nochrim] disgraced them because they came from Yisrael. I ended that disgrace.
It says "Mimech" (second person) and "Aleha" (third person)!
Radak: Many verses switch between these.
