Why does it say "v'Al Bamosai Yadricheni"?

Radak: He helped me to trample on their backs and stomp them in my land. It is called Bamosai, for Yerushalayim is higher than all lands 1 .

Malbim: He will cause me to step on Har Tziyon and Eretz Yisrael, which is higher than all other lands

Kidushin 69b: The Beis ha'Mikdash is higher than the rest of Eretz Yisrael, and Eretz Yisrael is higher than all other lands.

What do we learn from "la'Menatze'ach bi'Nginosai"?

1.

Rashi: The Levi who plays [an instrument] in the Beis ha'Mikdash - I will sing, and the Levi will make music to accompany my voice. La'Menatze'ach is like "va'Ya'amidu Es ha'Leviyim mi'Ben Esrim Shanah va'Ma'alah Lenatze'ach" (Ezra 3:8). Bi'Nginosai is an expression of Ne'imos (a sweet) voice, to raise and lower it.

Malbim: I will sing praises in front of Him in the Beis ha'Mikdash.
