Why does it say "Gam Osher Gam Kavod"?

Radak: Each includes the other (both wealth and honor). This is like "Gam Tzonchem Gam Bekarchem" (Shemos 12:32)

Will Shlomo's wealth and honor exceed only that of kings before him?

Radak: All the more so, it will exceed that of other people 1 .

We find people who were not kings with awesome wealth and honor! Korach was the richest Yisrael (Shemos Rabah 31:3. Who was more honored than Moshe and Aharon (Radak holds that Moshe was not considered a king - refer to 3:12:2:1-2)!
