Who are "Machati'ei Adam b'Davar"?
Rashi: They are the false Nevi'im.

What is the meaning of "ul'Mochi'ach ba'Sha'ar Yekoshun"?
Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: One who rebukes them, Ba'an Lei Takala (they set a trap for him. Radak - Yekoshun is from the root Mokesh.)
Radak #1: When one rebukes them in the gate (in public), so they will be chastised, they blemish him and make him stumble. I.e. they prepare all evil for him, and inform on him to the king.
Radak #2: Yekoshun is like Kash, from the root Kashash, like "Hiskosheshu v'Kushu" (Tzefanyah 2:1), "Lekoshesh Kash" (Shemos 5:12). Just like one who gathers wood or straw, he gathers from here and there and gathers them together, so one who reviles people. He collects blemishes from this one and this one and says to him.
