Malbim: The Nefesh of his desire is very wide. He finds no end to his desire.
What is the meaning of "Yegareh Madon"?
Rashi: It arouses Midas ha'Din against him.
Malbim: He arouses quarrels and claims against Hashem's conduct, for he does not find (fulfill) his desire. He thinks that the entire world was created for his evil, and constantly complains about Hashem's Midos.
Why does the verse conclude "u'Vote'ach Al Hashem Yedushan"?
Malbim: One who trusts in Hashem and does not desire, and what he has is enough for him, and he trusts in Hashem to summons for him his essential income, he will be content. He will find his needs, like the Rambam wrote 1 , "Asah ha'Elokim Es ha'Adam Yashar v'Hemah Vikshu Chishbonos Rabim" (Koheles 7:29).
Moreh ha'Nevuchim 3:12.
