What do we learn from "Im Ra'ev Sona'acha"?
Megilah 15b: This is why Esther invited Haman to the Mishteh - "you scoop coals on his head" (22).
Sukah 52a: One of the names of the Yetzer ha'Ra is Sonei. Rashi - if it is hungry, and tells you to satiate it with Aveiros, draw yourself to the Beis Midrash, and feed him with the war of Torah. Give to him water to drink - the water of Torah.
Rashi: This refers simply to your enemy.
Malbim: One who wants to take great vengeance on his hater, he should not withhold from him food and water. Just the contrary, he should do all good to him. If he is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give to him water. You will profit two matters (refer to 25:22:2:2, 25:22:1:1 and the note there).
