What is the significance of the goblets, the knobs and the flowers that adorned the Menorah?

Bachye: With reference to 25:31:3.2:2 - the twenty-two goblets 1 represent the twent-two letters of the Torah, the twenty-two parts of the world and the twenty-two parts of the human body, 2 the round nobs, the world of the angels, the goblets per se, the world of the Galgalim (the celestial spheres) and the flowers, the panet ? world 3 - to teach us that through the lens of the twenty-two letters of the Torah, man can reach an understanding of the three parts of existence.
