Where were the cups, balls and flowers on the Menorah?

Menachos 28b: On the central branch, the third Tefach (the top of the base) had a flower. Above this were two smooth Tefachim; a Tefach with a cup, ball and flower; two smooth Tefachim, a Tefach with a ball, a smooth Tefach, a Tefach with a ball, a smooth Tefach, a Tefach with a ball, two smooth Tefachim, and the last three Tefachim had three cups, a ball and a flower. 1
