When is "l'Min Olam v'Ad Olam"?
1.
Radak: It was give to your Avos a great time ago, and it will be give to you and your children forever, if you want. The prefix Lamed in "l'Min" is not needed for the matter itself; it shows the truth of the matter. We find like this - "l'Min ha'Yom Asher Yatzasa me'Eretz Mitzrayim" (Devarim 9:7), "l'Masai 1 Atir Lecha" (Shemos 8:5) and similar verses.

This is like Ramban explains there. Others say that the Lamed is significant in that verse. Refer to Shemos 8:5:2:1-5. (PF)
