Rashi writes that the king went via a cave to Arvos Yericho. It was 18 Mil (a Mil is about a kilometer) long (Bamidbar Rabah 2:9). How did they catch him?

Rashi (4): Hashem summonsed a deer to run on top of the cave, outside the city. Kasdim chased the deer, and when they reached the opening of the cave in Arvos Yericho, they saw him and captured him. It says in Yechezkel (12:13) "u'Farasti Es Rishti Alav v'Nisfas bi'Metzudasi."
