Malbim: Biglal refers to a prior reason. Biglali would mean that Sha'ul will destroy the city to punish them for accepting David, whether or not they hand him over now. Ba'avur refers to the latter (current) reason. Sha'ul merely wants them to hand him over; if they do so, he will not destroy it.
