What are "Pekudos"?

'Rashi': They are people appointed to offer Olos and everything said in the Parshah 1 . This is like "va'Yishma Pashchor? v'Hu Pakid Nagid Beis Hashem" (Yirmeyah 20:1). Malbim ? he needed to appoint them, because Asalyah had canceled the Avodah; they did not guard Kedushas ha'Mikdash properly.
