What are "Parim Rabim"?
Rashi: They are strong kingdoms.
Radak: This is a metaphor for fat, powerful enemies and Resha'im. "Rabim" is powerful. They surrounded me - the affliction is near!
Malbim: They are many bulls (enemies); they surround my body.
What are "Abirei Bashan"?
Rashi: Also these are bulls; in Bashan, they are fat. Radak - Bashan is fat fertile pasture in Eretz Yisrael. Animals that graze there are fat and strong. Strong Resha'im are compared to them - "Paros ha'Bashan" (Amos 4:1) are women (Radak there - nobles' wives) who oppress and crush the poor.
What is the meaning of "Kitruni"?
Rashi: They surrounded me like a Keter (crown), which surrounds the head. Radak - this is like "Kitru Es Binyamin" (Shoftim 20:43).
Malbim: Abirei Bashan, which are strong, surround my head. (The many bulls surround my body.)
