What is the meaning of "Alecha Hashlachti me'Rachem"?

1.

Rashi: From when You took me out of the womb (responsibility for me was cast upon You) - "ha'Amusim Mini Veten" (Yeshayah 46:3). From when the Shevatim were born, You carried them and conducted them.

2.

Radak: From the womb, my parents cast responsibility for me upon You (I had no Da'as at the time). You supply food to my mother, and she feeds and raises me.

3.

Malbim: You raised me. It is as if my mother died after birth, and I was cast upon You to raise me.

2)

Why does it say "mi'Beten Imi Keli Atah"?

1.

Malbim: You were my G-d also in the womb. Also in Egypt 1 , You supervised over me that I not perish. Since You were always my G-d and the one who raised me, [the nations] will notice that now You abandon me, and will shame me more. I am like a great nation in their eyes due to this; this would not be so had Your name never been called on me.

1

Malbim (10): Taking him from the womb is a metaphor for the birth of the nation.
