What is "Sheves me'Riv"?

1.

Rashi: To rest from a quarrel.

2.

R. Yonah: When two men quarrel, the first one who is quiet and desists from the feud, he is the honored one. In Eretz Yisrael, when they see two fighting, and one is quiet and desists from the feud, they say that he has better lineage (Kidushin 71b).

3.

Malbim: One who comes to quarrel because they reviled him, this is not honor for him. (a) Via the feud they will revile him more, and he will not attain the goal. (b) Showing that he is adamant about the insult shows that there is a basis for the insult. It would be more honorable for him to desist from the feud. (a) This shows that he is not adamant about the insult - [a sign of] lineage of Bnei Bavel is silence 1 . (b) He guards himself from [more] insults - "Al Tetzei la'Riv Maher Pen Mah Ta'aseh b'Acharisah" (25:8).

I found so only regarding Bnei Eretz Yisrael (refer to 20:3:1:2). (PF)

What will be revealed about an Evvil?

1.

Rashi: His disgrace [when he does not rest from a quarrel].

2.

R. Yonah: His Midos, when he quarrels. A man is recognized via three matters - Koso (how he drinks), Kiso (his spending and Ka'aso (his anger; Eruvin 65b). Also this is put near "Letz ha'Yayin Homeh Shechar" (1). It is like "l'Mi Medanim l'Mi Si'ach" (23:29).

3.

Sha'arei Teshuvah (1:31): He will transgress all warnings in the Torah.

4.

Malbim: This is among the laws of Chachmah, to stop one's anger. An Evvil is unsure about the laws of Chachmah; he cannot stop his Ru'ach. His lowly Midos are revealed immediately - "Evvil ba'Yom Yivada Kaso" (12:17).
