Seforno: They flee via investigation and deed.

Malbim (Melitzah): The shadows are visions of imagination. They will depart when physicality and its natures are aroused to return to their bodily matters. Then the supreme Beloved will depart to His Kadosh abode, and the Dibur will cease because bodily powers returned to engage in their physical needs.

What is the meaning of "Sov Deme Lecha Dodi [li'Tzvi]"?

Rashi: I caused Him to depart from me, on mountains far from me.

Seforno: Turn to us; Your mercy should come quickly, like a deer.

Malbim (Mashal): Depart from here, lest Bnos Yerushalayim find you when they return. Be like a deer that returns back to its place. So He will return to Nefesh Shlomo whenever he is ready for understanding. The second song finished.
