Malbim: We have a share in Yerushalayim, for it is the inheritance of our fathers, and we are Hashem's servants. We build it for His sake!
Why did he say "v'Lachem Ein Chelek"?
Rashi: You have nothing to do with building the city wall, for you have no share in [the city]!
Malbim: You have no share, for you are Nochrim.
Why did he say "[v'Lachem Ein Chelek] u'Tzedakah v'Zikaron"?
Ibn Ezra: You are not proper to do Tzedakah in building His house, that you would be remembered in front of Him.
Malbim: You have no Tzedakah, for you do not serve Hashem,. There is no remembrance of your deeds, for Hashem does not give to you success!
