Why does it say "Asher Yulad l'Yisrael"?

Radak: Do not say that the head of the family that came to Layish was named Dan, and they called it Dan due to him. Rather, it was based on the name of Dan ben Yakov.

Emes l'Yakov (Bereishis 14:14, based on Bereishis Rabah 43:2): Avraham chased the four kings "Ad Dan". It was the name of an idolatry. 1 They did not name it for the idolatry, rather, for Dan ben Yakov.
