Rashi, Rashbam and Targum Onkelos: 'I will cause to subside'. 1

Targum Yonasan: 'And I will cast off from Me'.

Rashi and Rashbam: As in Esther 7:10 - "va'Chamas ha'Melech Shachachah" (and in Bereishis 8:1 "va'Yashoku ha'Mayim" ? Rashi).

Hashem said (also in Pasuk 25) that this will stop the complaints; yet they complained again in Pasuk 27?

Riva (citing R. Tam of Orleans): Hashem meant that they will cease complaining what they already complained about - the people who were burned. Pasuk 27 is a new complaint. 1
