Radak 13, citing Targum Yonasan: The Ru'ach of Gevurah from Hashem that was on Sha'ul, departed from him.

Malbim: Ru'ach Hashem, i.e. a Divine influence of spirituality, had come on the powers of his soul and clothed him with Ru'ach Gevurah, and filled him with Ru'ach Chachmah, Da'as and Yir'as Hashem. When the Ru'ach left him, his bodily vessels were confounded by the loss, and a Ru'ach of sadness, worry and fear came on him.
