Why are there two expressions of shame?
1.
Malbim: You will be ashamed of your evil deeds, and of all you did to console them. When you will need to console them and vindicate them in judgment, you will be ashamed of all that you did. Your deeds caused all of this, that you will need to console them!
2)
How did you console them?
1.
Rashi #1: You sinned more than them, and gave to them a claim.
2.
Rashi #2: When the evil will come upon you, they will be consoled, to say 'not only we were stricken.'
