What is the meaning of "va'Yinatshu ba'Lechi"?

Rashi: They scattered in a place called Lechi. Radak - later it was called Lechi based on what happened there [in the coming Pesukim]. Va'Yinatshu is like "Netushim Al Pnei Kol ha'Aretz" (Shmuel 1:30:16).
