Sifra #1: To teach us that the man adopts the Tum'ah of the Nidah a. irrespective of whether their intimacy was a natural one or an unnatural one, and b. even if they performed only Ha'ara'ah. 1

Sifra #2: It includes a boy over nine in the current Halachah

Sifra: This precludes a Katan under the age of nine, 1 whose Bi'ah is not considered a Bi'ah. 2

Sifra: It precludes someone who is intimate with a Metzora'as, who does not adopt her Tum'ah. 1

What are the connotations of "u'Sehi Nidasah alav"?

Rashi: It means that, like the Nidah herself, the man (is an Av ha'Tum'ah, and) renders Tamei Adam and K'lei Cheres.

Shevu'os, 18b: The word "u'Sehi" implies that a Nidah is subject to Havayah

What does the latter half of the Pasuk, which is seemingly superfluous, teach us?

Rashi (in Yoma, 6b) and Rashbam: It teaches us that, although the Mishkav of the Nidah herself is Metamei Adam ve'Keilim, the Mishkav of the Bo'el Nidah is only Metamei food and drink. 1
