How did HaSh-m answer Avraham's claim (in the previous Pasuk)?

Seforno: HaSh-m therefore replied that Avraham would have a son who would succeed in looking after his (Avraham's) financial affairs still during his lifetime, as the Pasuk intimates later (in Bereishis 25: 5-6).
