Radak: Hashem did not reveal to the other nations - "u'Mi Goy Gadol Asher Lo Chukim u'Mishpatim Tzadikim k'Chol ha'Torah ha'Zos" (Devarim 4:8).

Malbim: Not only do they not know Chukim. Also Mishpatim, etiquette that intellect understands, they did not receive from Hashem. They go in "Mishpatim Lo Yichyu Bahem" (Yechezkel 20:25).
